The Fractal Science Cluster server runs workflows on the UZH Science Cluster.
Maintenance windows will get announced by a banner displayed in Fractal web.
Jobs will run under the service user account for your research group. Your admin will communicate those to you and you can also see it under “My Settings” ⇒ SSH username
Check for jobs in the Queue by typing (replace $service_user_name with your service user name & shortname with your UZH shortname ):
ssh -l shortname cluster.s3it.uzh.ch
squeue -u $service_user_name
