Simple example workflow

• Download the workflow & unzip it:

  demo_workflow.json.zip

• Input data already is accessible on the Science Cluster

• Workflow:

  • Converts tiny example dataset (https://zenodo.org/records/8287221) into a 3D OME-Zarr
  • Creates a maximum intensity projection
  • Segments nuclei using a Cellpose network
  • Makes measurements of all objects
